- Knowledgeable staff on hand to handle enquiries at all times
- Regular press releases, including writing, issuing for client approval and distribution to relevant media
- Manage image library
- Client use of extensive media databases tailored to your requirements, including national & regional newspapers, style press (men & women), specialist titles, online media including websites, blogs etc and other sites and publications as identified.
- Media chaser calls as needed
- Handle follow-up calls from journalists
- Liaison with journalists, the general public, industry contacts etc to ensure a positive and proactive response to each and every issue that occurs in the life of the client’s company and brand(s)
- Attend meetings with client as required
Automotive Clients – Press Fleet Management
- Proactively contacting journalists to arrange press loans
- Coordinate press fleet with client, ensuring smooth booking and collection of press fleet vehicles, checking on loan vehicle condition on return, allowing time for cleaning and any servicing between loans, etc.
- Ensuring signed indemnity form before loan commences
- Supplying product information and images as required for each loan
- Encouraging further loans in future and sustaining a positive relationship with journalists and publications on behalf of the client
